Ketsia Houde-McLellan, BASc

SART Victim Support Coordinator, Government of Yukon

Ketsia (she/her) has been working in the gender-based violence field for 15 years in the Yukon in various capacities and in different governmental and non-governmental organizations. She is currently the SART Victim Support Coordinator at Victim Services. Her experience includes work in prevention, crisis intervention, management of crisis services, and policy development. The approach she uses in her practice are response-based, victim-centred, and trauma–informed. Ketsia strives to apply cultural humility in working with Indigenous and non-Indigenous people, and believes that learning is a life-long journey.
