LN (il.they.them) is a Montréal's based activist in fighting discrimination and fostering inclusion. They have invisible disabilities, are neurospicy and are queer, which in a professional, academic and healthcare settings has confronted them personally to many cumulative discriminations.

They have been on the Fonds de recherche du Québec's intersectorial student committee (2014-2015) bringing the crips agenda forward  and have conducted a research for the Social Science and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) in Ottawa on accessibility to scholarships for students with disabilities (2018-2019). They are currently completing a PhD in Political sciences that documents the discrimination, bullying and harassment inside the midwifery educational program in Québec. They are also a parent to a kid and a foster dog and cat daddy.
